Kim joined Livingstons in 2002 and is our Compliance Director and head of our Property Department. Kim specialises in complex residential sales and purchases, equity release mortgages and commercial property transactions, advising clients on sales and acquisitions of land and property, leases and the sale and purchase of land for development. Kim also handles a growing amount of agricultural work for the local farming community. Kim is based in our Dalton office.
