Steve is our Managing Director and head of our busy Employment and Company Law Department. Steve assists many local companies with all aspects of employment law, including handling Employment Tribunal proceedings, advising on potential disputes and issues with staff, drafting employment contracts and staff handbooks, dealing with TUPE transfers, drafting and negotiating Settlement Agreements. Steve deals with all types of Employment Tribunal claims for both companies and individuals and has particular expertise is handling cases involving unfair dismissal and equal opportunities.
Steve also handles our increasing caseload of company and commercial law matters, including buying and selling businesses, advising on commercial contracts, handling company incorporations and changes to company structures, drafting shareholder and partnership agreements and dealing with shareholder and partnership disputes.
