LivingstonsWe assist clients with a multitude of problems which arise as a result of disputes within a family. We can offer clients a first free interview at which we will advise you on the availabilty of legal aid.

The firm is currently building up their client base in our new Barrow town centre office. Opened in July 2011, the office has been fully refurbished and is managed by Lisa Dacre- the head of the firm's litigation department

Simon Hollis is the Director in charge of the probate department and specialises in Wills, Probate and Care for the Elderly. Simon offers free home and hospital visits to any elderly or disabled clients throughout the Furness area.

Steve Walker specialises in Commercial and Employment Law. He is available to see clients in any of our three offices.

Kim Chambers is the Director in charge of the property department and together with Graham Kilburn they specialise in commercial property matters including business leases, property auctions, sales and purchases of businesses, sales, purchases and mortgages of commercial property, farms and agricultural land. Kim is based in our Ulverston office and Graham works from our Dalton office but are available to see clients in any of our offices.

Our Personal Injury department specialise in industrial disease cases with substantial experience dealing with asbestos related claims, including asbestosis and mesothelioma.

Livingstons also handle road traffic accident claims and accidents at work. Our specialists are also members of the nationwide Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
