  1. Why we need to process your data

We need to process your personal data in order to satisfy a legal obligation to which we are subject.  Our regulators require us to retain client files for a minimum of 6 years after a matter has come to an end and pursuant to our obligations under anti-money laundering regulations, we need to keep ID information fro 5 years.

We will not use any information which we retain for any other purpose other than to satisfy these regulatory obligations.

We consider that we are not able to carry out the steps outlined above without processing your data.
